1997 NASH 28F!
She's got good bones just needs some TLC!
She has 5 brand new tires (includes spare), new brakes, new LP bottles, new dual 12v batteries, all new custom locks with the same key (not default RV key that everyone has), new power jack, working cold AC & Heat and appliances.
She's was a great starter trailer for us as we were just starting out, she has been with us for a little over a year but was only on 3 outings so the new tires have about 500 miles on them.
There are some minor cosmetic issues to be aware of, the shower enclosure has a couple of cracks that were there when we purchased her, we have not used the shower but it can be repaired easily with putty. Also the AC cover on the roof is cracked and finally the license plate frame / tail-light unit needs to be repaired or replaced.
